Assess and Analyze
- Discover the current culture of the organization by conducting focus groups and interviews.
- Use the Assessment process as a way to engage the employees in the change initiative.
- Discover readiness for change and possible challenges to implementing and adopting change and transformation
- Summarize the current culture and readiness for change in a summary report
Create and Align
- Acknowledge the past vision, mission and values and the contribution they made to the direction and success of the organization thus far. Let go of the past to create a new future from an empty canvas.
- Executive team/and Board align on the new mission, vision and values of the organization during an offsite.
- Examine the Business Strategy from the perspective of the new vision mission and values. Make needed changes to align the business strategy with the new focus and direction.
- Engage the organization in the change through communication structures and community engagement activities; i.e., implementing the strategy.
Implement, Review and Pivot
- Create project or strategy teams and kick off the Sophia Network innovation process to successfully implement strategy and critical projects.
- Teams iterate every 2 weeks, getting all the teams together on a monthly basis for an all team “learning” review.
